Landshapes is an ongoing study of natural spaces and the trees and plant life that inhabit them. Working from the sketches and photographs I have accumulated while visiting botanical gardens around the world – from London to California and Japan – Landshapes explores these spaces as a series of shapes and colours, experimenting with new perspectives and assorted mediums including oil pastels and collage.
